Well this is not a complaint but this is a regret feeling that i I have invested in TANISHQ gold harvest scheme that too even in their shipra mall store (good store with most pathetic staff line). This store staff is not at all aware of the product or scheme neither they have etiquette to talk to customer. Anyways, this regret begins when I got a news that due to so called government norms the scheme is getting withdrawing. So, with no choice I have done the process almost two months back, but when I did not receive my cheque/auto credit, I visited shipra mall store once again. There I come to know the process I followed to withdraw the investment is also "withdrawn/changed". So, reader, you can realize "change" in Tanishq is too spontaneous. Anyways, with no choice once again after a squabble, I have again followed the process and given request to Mr Dev(The store manager, which I don't think is right designation for him) on 13th sep 2014 with a commitment of delivery of cheque within 10 working days. Today is 2nd October 2014 and almost 20 working days left, "NO REPLY, NO CHEQUE DELIVERED". Today again I called the store, they said sir your cheque is yet to couriered. The most pathetic reply " sir jo beet gaye un dino ki kya baat karein, ab karwa dete hai deliver or faltoo bahas karke kya faida" If anyone in Tanishq team is reading this message, then I would request plz visit the store and check the requirement of staff training.
